I tried the Starry Night demo once, and I ended up liking Celestia better. I normally don't shill things (I don't want to sound like another Firefox fan) but Celestia (celestia.sourceforge.net) is free, and great once you figure out ITS interface and shortcut buttons.

I use Starry Night Pro as well.

I use a "free" version of course.
