i guess so...but it's supposed to reflect more the "business model" of mmo's. The carrot is "phat lootz," the promise of being the "best in the game," and ultimately beating it. The gaming company attempts to get you to follow the crack carrot, every step being a $15 a month charge. So they more or less encourage people to work for them. Like a donkey. All that matters in MMO business model is that people not only play, but keep p(l)aying. Indefinitely. So they do whatever they can to keep the game addict

I'm at a loss to understand the necessity of this YTMND. So, people with no lives play a game where their time is used up and their lives are further stripped of meaning. So what? People do a lot of stupid things (like listen to rap) -- I don't create YTMNDs belittling them (saying rap sucks). To be honest, a lot of these "MMO suck" YTMNDs seem to come from folks who "lost friends" to the games. Never mind that these friends would've been "lost" to any number of phenomena (booze, weed, etc).
