That entire "documentary" was a hit piece against real journalism. There wasn't a speck of truth in it. The fact that they were willing to devote any attention to this website, which is clearly one constructed for humor, is evidence of that. I mean, their entire standpoint was that ANY deviation from the main line of bullsh*t they've been stringing for the past six year is basically traitorous. listen, I'm a big skeptic about a lot of things, but suggesting that this was a hit piece against 'real journalism' and that its people like Alex Jones who are the real journalists, is absurd. The "experts" interviewed on the show work for the company that owns the History channel and have no professional experience in the fields they were supposedly defending. In order to make this a tenable position, they picked which points to defend. They made a documentary because they didn't have any actual experts to defend actual points of contention and therefore would not have been able to participate in an intelligent debate. That being said, there's no need to make this site. It's sh*tty.

All the questions I had have been answered, and when I look at these movies now I can't believe people can be as gullible as I was. "All the questions I had have been answered"... I'm not really concerned with the questions one might get when one ponders such an event, but I am much more concerned with the evidence found at the sites. There are serious questions to do with certain substances and structural enigmas that haven't been well supported in my experience. Maybe they are out there, but I haven't seen them. To say that I believe conspiracy theories is ridiculous, as it is to say that the prevailing theories are airtight.

It didn't get the publicity, it didn't get the fan-fare the other conspiracy nutjobs out there got, but it happened. I did, and I laud the documentary for telling the truth about infantile conspiracy theorists. I understand what you're saying: the documentary took the YTMNDs way out of context, but the History Channel hit the nail right on the head with this documentary. I've been screaming this sh*t from the roof-tops going on seven years now, how the government had nothing to do with it, and only now is real scientific know-how being placed center stage over the silly conjecture of America hating basement virgins.

And, if you take the documentary's word for their "expertise", which you obviously did, you're an idiot.

Now, all of the conspiracy claims may be false, but the documentary did nothing that would even come close to that. They picked their own claims to refute, which were obviously the weakest and least supported ones. If I make a website about "Unicorns Did 9/11" would they cover it? This wasn't a documentary, it was a propaganda film. I was interested to see the actual refutations of the conspiracy claims, but they instead resorted to sophistry, mudslinging, and their overall effect was one large straw man.
