Please, I've seen two cops pin down FAR more violent people and get them in cuffs and in a cruiser without having to use a taser. Tasers, by the way, have been linked to several deaths.

dude Kerry was trying to let him speak, and the cops took him anyway. FUN WITH ENTRAPMENT: he wasn't under arrest until he was 'thrashing' as they escorted him out - with his hands behind his back. The fact that they tried to take him out in that method was entirely indicative of entrapment. If he thinks he's under arrest for exercising his first amendment rights, of course he'll thrash. Then he was eventually arrested for resisting arrest (...).so he wasn't under arrest until he tried to resist arrest.
