What ever happened to people who voted what they thought a site was worth? It's been a long time since ratings were this highly skewed. A 4.6 should be rare, not happening 5 times a week. It shouldn't take a 4.3 just to stay on the U&C front page. Too many people seem to five sites just so they don't upset people no matter how horrible the site is (Brandon00151's lame Cindy Lou Who site proves that).
