It's a primary, f*cktard. It just implies that Romney has the majority of the republican votes and is thus Michigan's republican selection for the election. There HAS to be both a democrat and republican winner at the primary. MI is an overwhelmingly democratic state, however and surely will go Blue in the election proper.

Cause Generals base their tactics around their political party. WTF are you smoking?
