Skipping from the low quality dialup looking video to the ultra crisp dbz vegita being badass makes this bangarang.

The video quality has a lot to do with the fact that it was captured by a handheld camcorder while it was played back in a church. Getting a high-quality (in terms of video, anyway) version may be near impossible thanks to the copyright Scientology has on virtually all of its material.
