Actually this kind of siren is electo-mechanical, it spins a rotor which is like a fan, with it's blades veritical, the air is pushed throught slots called the chopper, the sound is produced as an airstream being "chopped" same sound as a leaf blower, works the same way! This siren does not produce sound via speaker or driver, who is PWNING NOW!
