This has really been bugging me. The sky looks like the Da Vinci's Mona Lisa or Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel color palettes, especially the new and improved, non-grimy versions. If Palin was responsible, she would spend the money where it's needed instead of wasting it directly on the public. Welfare is welfare, much of it gets wasted, per your own statements above. Alaska is already the most-subsidized state in the union due to its infrastructure. It's expensive to maintain a frozen waste, and now that the permafrost is melting, everything we've paid to build is crumbling & sinking into the muskeg. And she dared to even consider making the rest of us pay for her $300M bridge?!
