I'm a visual artist and I covered every aspect of the animation from the first frame, and I noticed the huge amount of data is at the last part, exactly when the rolling credits start. It was artistically impossible for me to shrink the size further if not making completely frozen credits (a choice I readily scrapped)...

Also, dithering and error diffusion only create more and more complexity to the image, therefore making the file bigger. I'm sorry about the file size, but that doesn't mean I'm not burning my brain trying to find a solution to the problem (I see it as a problem).

a site i made recently has a scrolling text bar across the top. originally it was 10 fps, i took that down to 5. makes it slightly choppier but only hardly noticable. no one said anything that they noticed choppiness anyway. then i took the original image size, constrained proportions and took it down 75%. This allowed me to get it under 3mb without color or quality loss. maybe try something on yours like 90%?

I worked all day to reduce the size of the animation, but unfortunately at a quite high cost: I removed the antialias effect on the rolling text, so it's no easily readable, it looks like babble if you're just listening to the music and laughing at the photos on the left. I also tried to pixelate the first frames (2 horizontal blocks and 1 vertical) but I'm afraid it will push people not to like the whole thing since the start. Tell me if you want the new version (it's 2.93 MB).

If you had to do that much image editing, then the site shouldn't have been made. Simple.

Fox News is incredibly biased. When it doesn't come to news commentators it's their news selection. They ran ACORN to the ground. If Greta van Susteren is supposed to be liberal, why the f*ck does she let Limbaugh phone in to her show all the time? Colmes doesn't challenge any of his guests and the show he's own features 2 republicans and 1 democrat (usually Pat Cadell, who's notoriously anti-liberal). Fox News is a large joke.

Well if Fox is biased then I don't know what you'd call the other news networks, propaganda maybe. Fox is probably the closest to being centered other than C-SPAN, they give a decent amount of time to most democrats, but yeah I think they are republican prone. Though oddly enough the owner of Fox News is actually a democrat.

FOX News is the closest thing you can get to unbiased news, even though they clearly lean right. CNN used to be slightly left leaning, and the news station I mainly watched, but they were so in the tank for Obama it was insulting. It especially pissed me off that Anderson Cooper compromised his integrity to turn his show into a 2 hour long Obama ad every night. And MSNBC is pure unapologetic propaganda, but most liberals are ignorant, mindless Kool-Aid drinkers who want their news filtered and biased anyway

I was asked by darkster2ongame via PM what is the font I used to make the credits on this ytmnd. I thought it would be better if I tell anybody, so you can use the font for your personal projects or anything else. The bold looking one is called Bebas, it's not perfect, you have to play with kerning and leading but it looks cool if you know how to use it. The rounded font is Avian, but you can use Century Gothic, it's more or less the same thing.

Hi everybody, whoever is reading. I'd like to announce you I'm still working to improve this ytmnd. I don't have much time because I have many other things to do and working on my ytmnds is a very time consuming task, but not a priority. I'm redesigning the text almost pixel by pixel and trying to reduce the complexity of the photos. My goal is to get it under 2.5 MB (it's the best you can get). Please note these are major changes but the content is still the same, only a little less gracious.

Also, I confirm that on IE it's totally out of sync and that, on Firefox, it requires a fairly quick machine to run properly. Though the first problem can't be solved at all, I'm confident the second one will be solved with the new version of the GIF file.
