I just play with some friends to have fun and I don't like to see anyone's experience wrecked by a stupid kid with nothing better to do than ruin it for everyone else or an overzealous pro-nerd alike. "Pro gamers" almost always play with "pro gamers" due to the ranking system...I've played with them before and they put having fun above over-seriousness

Well that's good. In my experience, near the top of the rankings it's the same; nobody's that serious because the ranking system has a way of weeding out the worst players. But at lower levels, not only are there dumb kids with more 1-month trial codes than brain cells, but there are a lot of uptight wannabe pros. I don't play much high-level Halo anymore because my friends don't, so I'm stuck playing with the annoying people. All I'm saying is that you shouldn't be trying to stir things up on Live.

this really is something stupid to brag about and sponsor.. .but its true though even if you're taking it seriously or not... xbl isn't fun anymore because of cheating, screaming on mics and quitting... there is really no need to be so rude over the microphone that it ruins the experience for everyone else... its more common sense and courtesy than anything.

I know exactly what you're saying. I just can't wait for the new dashboard update on Wednesday because you can set up an 8-person party with voice chat. I'll never have to listen to another kid talk sh*t or another sex deprived loser try to pick up the girls I play with. Yeah, sure you can mute people easily on Halo but other game developers didn't have that kind of foresight to know that Live is plagued with idiots.
