| prairie, I vote based on effort and outcome, personally. When you make a sh*tty looking site with 0 effort and I don't think its funny, that's when I 1. Hell, even god awful sites that the person REALLY tried on get a 2 or a 3. You just make a lot of 1 minute sites with no redeeming value that I can see. | ||||||
