Superman can lift 40 billion tons, and move faster than the speed of light. Goku can't lift 40 near the end, and certainly doesn't multply his power a billion times by going SSJ3.

I thought it was a fight, not a weight lifting contest heh. While superman is lifting that crap goku will blow it up. Raditz has faster than light reflexes and Goku is far beyond that. In long distance travel..uh goku just teleports.

I'm all for the Batman vs Captain America from JLA/Avengers type answer. Both size each other up and one of them comes to the conclusion that it would take to long to decide a winner and that they're not enemies anyway.
