Doohan was a good man. He always had the upmost respect for the fans. He was probably the most tolerent of all the ST cast members for fan requests such as autographs, pictures, ect. He'll definately be missed.

Darn, I never saw this until today. (rotated on the "worthwhile" listings) This is really beautiful. My favorite Scotty scene is in "Tribbles" when he is getting chewed out by Kirk for getting into a bar brawl with the Klingons. Scotty explains how he restrained the men when the Klingons insulted Starfleet & then the Captain. Puzzled as to what was more provocative than the Captain's honor, Kirk waits for an answer. "They insulted the Ship!"
