I'ved worked customer service, and I half to say that half of that was said solely because the supervisor forces it. However, by the third time the guy said to cancel, it should have been done. No questions asked. Most people cancel their crap due to poor service. The idea is to fix that. If they don't want it, drop it. Cancel the account.
I usually hate YTMNDs with DZK in them, but this time, you guys really did it for me. I sat through the whole thing and enjoyed it. Thanks a lot you guys.
