The Rapidshare is still up, the Torrent is still up, and several people have hosted their own copies off of their own server.
There are currently about 10 results for the torrent on various Torrent search engines, and there are tons of copies of it on Google Video when I last checked.
As far as I can gather from all the Rapidshares, torrents, and views on all of the Google Video versions, around 5-10,000 times in the first wave.
That doesn't count physical copies, of which about 100 I know about have been passed around.
