Yeah we all know that GTA had some hand in the thought process for the kid, but it isnt the games fault because a kid his age shouldn't be Playing a game like GTA, and that means his Mom fails as a parent if he is. His friend's mom also fails as a parent if her 7 year old "smokes wif cigUhrettes"
