Well, I thought it sounded like "f*ckin" too when I first heard it. The difference between me and those parents is that they actually think McDonald's and Kidz Bop worked together on some sort of McConspiracy to corrupt their children with BAD WORDZ OMG, and I just think it's a humorous interpretation of the lyrics.
He needs to find a lawyer to take the case pro bono. I know patent lawyers have systems set in place where paying legal fees can be put on hold so a corporation can't nickel-and-dime the people suing them. Maybe there's a similar way out here. This post probably doesn't make any sense. Ciao.
