The Soviet Union was never truly communistic. No country in the world has been truly communistic actually. Soviet Politics resembles facism (some facism can be found in almost every country, yes even the US... *flameshield on*) more than communism. Whenever I hear an American talk about "them damn evil communists" I feel the urge to tell them that they are an idiot that reeks of ignorancy. But, I did get the joke and I thought it was hillarious... sorry about ranting.
