Let me try to understand your logic. You say that your site has caused Max $1880 in fees, etc. Your solution is to get everybody else to pay those fees, so you will "delete" the site. Real life scenario: your car causes almost $2K in damages to someone's property, so instead of paying for it yourself, you tell your neighbors that if they really cared about their neighborhood, that they should pay for it. You should be a lawyer, dude.
