Well, thats pretty much how it goes for presidents who dont do anything. They dont do anything to please anybody, but they dont take any controversial steps that would only please one party. I mean, look at JFK. He wasn't even that great of a president, the only major accomplishment he had was saying that we were going to put a man on the moon by such and such a date. Sure, he was for civil rights, but the courts are to credit there for getting all that taken care of.
