ms has been working on longhorn since the release of windows 2000 pro with little progress. and as for your ibook speed im sure getting rid of a few gay porno movies would help a lot.

you have to remember that without a copyright, patent, or actual product all you have is an idea. ms must have been to busy trying to come up with more inteligent ways to keep out hackers, while apple surpassed them and implemented spotlight into tiger

And who says Mac updates aren't free? We get the same minor security updates as you PLUS automatic application updates. In retrospect, a more thorough OS will require less service.

(Cont.) On the other hand you have an unstable OS getting too much backdoor action which requires a service pack every 6 months, excluding the minor updates.
