Thanks makster. I also wanted to use fads that were classic, to give it a nostalgic feel.. My thought process on this T-shirt was as follows- since this is an action poster, I wanted a hero (Time Traveler), a girl (stephanie), a coach(n*gg*), and an annoying animal sidekick(NEDM). The ORLY owl was chosen after I finished the text- it reminded me of ZELDA, so I thought I'd throw an owl in there. I guess could replace him with a villian (maybe Brian Peppers?) if enough people wanted me to.
Ok, now that you put it that way I like it more. Good selection.
But that thing you said about having a villain might be an idea for another shirt. Like a GOOD shirt (the one you made) and an EVIL shirt (including Brian Peppers, Moon Man, Lex Luthor, etc). Dunno, it might be very corny, but it sounded cool in my head xD
