Ning Ping is a racist, communist Chinese man who enjoys taking revenge on Filipino-Americans and making them do slave labor after a female Filipino refused to date him. He has a tendency to say "whazzap" a lot, and speaks in a thick Chinese accent.
In episode 15 of season 2, the gang infiltrate Ning Ping's headquarters, however Ning Ping is double-crossed by his right-hand-man who turns out to be 47th president of the United States, George W. Bush. Bush then calls upon the support of Don Imus, an American former radio personality, and the two of them unveil the "Robophobe", an evil robot with the power to turn everyone causasian. The gang must battle the "Robophobe" with a formation resembling the Megazord (from the Power Rangers).
