That is not NES music. The orchestration is much too rich, as the NES could play only three notes at one time, plus one noise, plus one sample. It might be famicom (japanese NES) music, as famicom cartridges were allowed to contain extra synthesizer hardware whose output was mixed with the famicom's own audio.

It's alright, the 10+ downvoting alts don't really bother me. Besides if he doesn't go out and buy a router soon (i.e. hardware firewall) and he rages someone that does care and knows a little something he's not going to be too happy himself. Not everyone on the internet is naive and clueless about how things work :P

Might have been a little more entertaining is it was a clip from the film, then having a sped up loop when the Hardware Store list is sung. But gotta give a few points for Monty Python.

Monty Python's gay, but anything that substitutes whatever sh*t comes out of that movie is good. Especially if it's about hardware stores.

Not really that epic. But if you make enough hardware changes MS eventually makes you call customer support to use windows everytime you install a new piece of hardware.

Furthermore, operating systems can be used with the majority of mainstream hardware. For instance, if I wanted to format my PC to use OSX, I could do so right now. I can run unix, linux, lindows, windows, OSX, and proprietary Operating Systems, you name it. I can do everything, and I can do it because of a little thing called versatility. Also, if you use a Mac, leave YTMND.

my games design teacher was talking about this. Its true. To all you americans, and most probably the rest of the world that dont know...sony has took out alot of hardware out of the ps3, then put the price up for all european costs. i mean WTF. it was all the backwards compatability stuff, because it doesnt work. I think im falling in love with the 360 now, might get one. f*ck ps3, its only got 1 good thing anyway METAL GEAR

You can't really say PC's are any better about making hardware obsolete. And I hope they discontinue the core, so a hard drive is standard in all 360's, so the developers can start putting them to use, aside from just holding movies and such.

I really think this arguments completely fails now as Apple does make the best OS between the two (Vista anyone?) and has the best hardware and general software. Most likely you say this because Macs don't have the game selection PCs do, but that's a bit immature. Ask most graphic artists, film editors, and photographers what they prefer, they will mostly say Mac.
The only argument now is a decision: What do you want to do with your computer?

WRONG. If your A/V cable is unplugged you get 4 red lights. 3 red lights is a hardware failure, often caused by faulty solders.

the installer runs on a very minimal hardware independent version of XP. Also that music only plays during the minisetup. To me, that makes the joke not work because of how inaccurate it is. well come to think of it even if that music did play and you would get the 98 bluescreen....its still wouldn't be funny

in my opinion, it was very obvious that Hardware Store was about to kick in, and a lot of the images were taken from that Marv Reviews his Master Plan site (which you should probably link to in the description) and as you said you didn't have to sync each item because of that site, so I can't 5 it for added effort, (lol, run on sentence)

PUSH THE GODS DAMNED BUTTON FINALLY OH GOD JUST PUSH IT PLEASE JUST AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! --That ren and stimpy thing always made me crazy XD I actually BOUGHT a 'button' from a hardware store and built a plastic case around it... labelled it 'DO NOT PUSH'. I used to carry it around and not tell people what it was for ^_^ it scared the f*ck out of them. But I always had it just so I could show someone that I CAN do something, just because they told me I can't :p
