Yeah, that's sorta right. Daft Punk's lawyers sent Max a C&D about the song on this YTMND. He gave me the choice of either deleting it or fighting it. I chose to fight it. I sent them an e-mail...and haven't heard back from them. I suppose they gave up on the idea.

No. You aren't the only one. I'm sick of them deleting f*cking sites just because they disagree with them. It likely isn't Max, its probably just a minority of the moderators he put in charge.

max can't do it all by himself, I propose a regulating sanctioning body of 12 elect members that do more than moderate, they delete users, sites, and keep the site fresh and clean. These Users would have to be responsible and like the supreme court must vote on which sites to be considered for regulating.

nah if max gave me any type of access that would allow me to delete retarded chronic downvoters and the like he'd lose too many users, doubt I'd ever be a mod although I'd work on the search feature and sh*t for free if allowed.
