I don't have moods. I have low standards. It's just that people's best intentions don't seem to include originality or creativity. I make a living from PS and the rest of CS standard -Ai & ID. <br /><br />I wish Gimp was a viable alternative for what I do, but it's not. And I am seeking real alternatives that can do true cmyk + spot, clipping paths and smart objects. Gimp can muddle through some but not all of it. Acorn, Pixelmator, Photoline, corel, etc. are all vastly inferior for high-end print work (for now).<br /><br />I would like one of them to rise up, because I am super fucking pissed at Adobe though for it's subscription-only bullshit. CS6 will likely be my last version.<br /><br />If a real alternative is developed in the next 5 years I will ditch PS for sure.
