too many ebaums sites *my head asplodes*

I posted this so one day kids would say "Hey, remember that guy who posted after the 'Ebaum incident?' He just finished masturbating when he posted that." THE MORE YOU KNOW!

Wow. What some of you noobs don't realize is, is that Max OWNS and RUNS this place. That means if he don't like what you're doing, he has every right the delete your YTMND, or even your account. It's what you signed on for when you registered, so don't go crying when Max decides to kick you to the curb when you do wrong. It's one thing to diss Ebaums here, it's completely another harassing and hacking Ebaums in YTMND's name. It implies Max as an accomplice, and he doesn't want that. Seriously, you want YTMND to close down? PERMANENTLY? Hell, if Max wanted to, he could sut YTMND down right now.

ebaums looks fine to me?

I don't think there was a failure at all - it DID make news, it became a news story - ok, good for ebaum, but also good for YTMND - people are more conscious now of eBaum's bad reputation & will be more vigilant. Also, it's better understood now that YTMND-clan ain't nothin' to f*ck with.

It's not the point that he owns this place. People are "defending" ytmnd by doing things that are illegal. It's making ytmnd and max look like sh*t. Ebaum always has looked like sh*t and it seems to me that this war is over and victory is ours. However, Max did not declare war on eBaum's, we did it ourselves. We did it with ytmnd's name all over it, and now he is the one being f*cked. It's great to see that we wanted to defend max and ytmnd. But most did it in all the wrong ways..

We could have began this attack anywere. f*ck ebaum, he is only out to scare us with his "army of lawyers" lol. Max can deny everything.

Takster, Alot of the Hackers did this under YTMND's name. It can be implied (especially with Ebaum's high-paid lawyers), that since Max owns YTMND, he allowed this to occur, and didn't take steps to sanction those responsible. I'm not a lawyer, but there is risk when you allow members of your site hack in your name. It's sort of like if someone went to the guy's house and bombed it in YTMND's name. All of a sudden Homeland Security would be all over Max. Same sort of thing with Hacking. All there needs to be is implied association. That alone would bring enough court costs to shut down YTMND for good.

ensignmpls I agree. I hope he puts out some sort of statement on what is happening to him and if there is anything we can do to help. I'm sure he just wants this whole thing to be over with though. I just hope Ebaum knows what a heartless piece of sh*t he is.

Okay ensignmpls, thanks for clearing that up for me. I did not realise max could be busted for some idiots ddos'n ebaum. Delete them all max, YTMND must survive.

You see, I'm saying this in the Defense of YTMND by defending those that did the right thing, and MOCKED, PARODYED, and JOKED about Ebaum. Not those that tried to silence him. We have every right to shout him down, but we don't have the right to silence him.

Just because the attack is over, I don't see why we can't post more stuff relating to eBaum. The majority of the people find it hilarious, and it really is no different than any other overdone "fad of the moment".

NonMagical, When a Fad is hot here, I usually see roughly 10 a day. Over the course of the War, I think about 200 a day or more popped up. At least that's how it looked. The Ebaum's World thing was a ULTRA-FAD. Enough said. It's 15 minutes were burned up in 15 seconds I think.

why no googlefight? I mean I understand no google fight if it has anything to do with ebaum vs. ytmnd... but google fight is a universal good...
