ten year olds which memes to parrot over and over /= ownage. Stop upvoting sh*t just because it contains fad x, or saying sh*t like '4, would be 5 if you add fad x.' A sites quality has nothing to do with the number of fads you squeeze in. Based on what I've seen in frontpage comments lately I don't expect it to get better anytime soon. I don't know why frontpage became such a noob sandbox, ebaum probably had something to do with all the new users registering, but damn it sucks somebody post the pic of the azn kid eating 1337 cereals and put it in top 15 lol.

Scientology is a secular cult based around some lunatic who wrote a book that was basically about opinions. What the hell do you expect? It's garbage. Trash. Anyone who would believe Hubbard is a f*cking idiot. If you're gonna believe in something try a belief system that's had a couple thousand years or so to withstand the test of time. LOL, scientology.

I know the Star Wars fans have seen it but their intentions for voting it as a 10 would be to increase its recognition. So their motives are the same, right? Firstly, this YTMND was just something I thought of and I thought it'd be pretty funny. I disagree with the downvoting of other top-250 films because that's unnecessary (though I laughed at the suggestion). Getting this one film up there won't do much harm to the rest of the list. It's messed up anyway...The Green Mile ranked 130th or something? WRONG.

Don't worry about people downvoting you. Making what you want to make is what's important. See as long as people are putting thought and purpose into their sites, then this site will progress. This fad-centric site is only as good as the people who break OUT of it to create something new. Else how would new fads ever start? I'm not saying "go create a fad", im saying just go create and let the site do what it does best. Take your work and build on it.

I was actually thinking of doing something like this but instead it would have been changing the happy face on the building to Sean Connery's face. In the end I decided against it since it would have taken too much effort and most people wouldn't find it funny :P

DarknessCyShadow, that would mean that the gif wouldn't loop during the entire song, which would greatly increase the frame count and file size, plus I'd have to include a preloader for something so simple, which people would hate... do you people with crappy sites ever work out this stuff in your head?

Do you need a map or something to explain wtf you are? This is ytmnd.com, a web site made almost purely of non-substantial pop culture. So instead of wasting your time sifting through billions of ytmnds that you obviously hate why don't you just gtfo and go somewhere else. 2 for honesty, -3 for stupidity and a complete lack of integrity since you'll 5 star bad ytmnds by people you "respect". If you really respected them you would have the balls to be honest so they would get better.

Most other countries would have your *ss arrested for doing something so blatantly disrespectful. And odds are, the police wouldn't be gentle, either. Representation in court? Bullsh*t lawsuits over the police not kissing you exist mostly in the US... elsewhere, they'd laugh. So no... it's not a right. It's blasphemy and disrespect for those that have paid the ultimate price. As far as I'm concerned, DDoS is just a start on their asses. To war...

Out of all the posters here, how many of them do you think have even opened a Bible? If you want to know something you go to the source do you not? I mean its not going to magically brainwash you and force you to believe what you don't believe to be true. And the stronger your argument against it would be when you know what a Christian truly believes.

It seems many do not understand the fad...He launched a car into a building doing tens of thousands worth of damage...not to kill the guy, but just to punch him out. Part of this fad is doing something completely over the top to perform an easy task. If Knight had no other option, such as rappelling from the roof, and killed the guy by hitting him with Kitt...then it would have been truly Epic.

Because I don't vote 5 unless it's something that really knocks me on my ass. The rest of this community would be wise to do the same, but that's just wishful thinking. Besides that, this is never going to be a top-rated site...it would get more views from being sponsored and top 15 than it would being top 5 rated or worthwhile.
