Really makes me want to give Umfuld more exposure by posting about how x person tweeted his site. I'm sure it's the same case for the other "trolls".<br /><br />And finally, you're a bit vague when you say "trolls [rodheh] said should be made mods". Who are those people specifically? Ochobobo is the only one I mentioned, and I don't see it wrong that he seems like a pretty neutral and reasonable member here. I know you like to put L83 on blast for being a "troll" here, and if you think I'd want anyone like that to be a moderator then I don't know what would have given you that idea. You don't put someone who is/previously has been heavily involved with this shit in a position of power - regardless of how reasonable I think a person like him might be outside of YTMND drama. Other candidates would be people like DaveTheRave when and if he had time, which he doesn't.<br /><br />Though max answered a question regarding mods I'd been wanting a clear answer about for years now, so it's pretty much decided that there will be no mods for the dwindling community. mDS proposed an alternate thing but whatever, just seems part a lost cause and part that it would be half-assed at this point.

I mean, don't get me wrong - you've made some good sites. The batman one with the tiger or lion or whatever the fuck it was is probably the best, but your recent output and a lot of your older output I find to be uninteresting and uninspired, with "DeNiro wanted a son" probably being the most overrated of your sites. In fact, "I didn't order that" which I believe is your second highest rated is far better and probably should be your top rated, though most of your better sites were made not on this account but that one where you made a bunch of batman sites.<br /><br />The rest is largely hit an miss, similar to fourest, who is an overrated user and therefore is usually given a more generous vote despite whether or not the site is good. My sites also seem to be extremely polarizing, but hey, we can't all be Famery-Gai. <br /><br />I've said before and I'll say again, you should make more batman sites like you did on that one account. <br /><br />Also, don't bother to say "didn't read", you've said it enough times.

Devil Derrick, as someone who has creeped ytmnd for about 2 years before creating an account, i feel i must bring your attention to a certain [i]factor[/i] this site provides that you seem to be neglecting. <br /><br />Niche and inside jokes are what make this website extremely appealing. <br /><br /> 2 years ago a friend sent me a link to the dramatic reading of the breakup letter. I thought it was hilarious. Then i found myself navigating to the homepage of ytmnd and looking around. [u][i]I had no idea what was going on[/i][/u]. I tried to search "dramatic" to find the site i had seen, and then i stumbled upon a fad of using dramatic ass music like "ghost love score" with looped gifs or ridiculous pictures in the foreground. I started to see what this place was about, sort of. The site with batman carrying the classic villain bomb, running through a crowded area, is also hilarious. <br /><br />And so, i found myself navigating the website, clicking on titles i might identify with, or understand in the slightest bit. Some sites are annoying as fuck, some shit i just dont understand at all, and some other stuff is just plain stupid. However, I constantly found myself intrigued by sites that were clearly an inside joke of some sort.<br /><br />keep in mind that every single fad site is, indeed, an inside joke that most "outsiders" wouldn't understand. (and i wont even mention the enjoyment of realizing that fads were even a thing). Unless a site can stand up on its own, despite whatever fad it is a part of, an outsider would have no idea what it was and would likely exit the window thinking "dafuq was tht?"<br /><br />My point is, this site [i]is[/i] just one big inside joke. There are so many different things going on, all at once. Not only that, but there are different layers of upon layers of niche to dive into. Im just starting to realize the politics involved in voting. jesus christ.
