That option was actually intentionally crippled and never removed. It was neat statistic, but took too much server power to do on a constant basis. Since when were all classic ytmnds were quotes taken out of context? There have been plenty in context. The key to classic ytmnds is emphasizing a particular quote that is funny or amusing. This could mean taking it out of context, or not. You say there are no changes made to the scene, but if you watched my site closely you would realize that you are wrong. I had to tweak the scene so it wasn't just a rip. I had to edit the audio and image a bit to get this to flow as an endless cycle of slapping.
