Okay, look. People have NO incentive to donate any money to your site. Why? Because it wouldn't change a thing. From what I am hearing, max is giving the old "You are entitled to protecting your own copyright work" But he is adding the "F*ck off" part to it. To put it on our shoulders is unreasonable. I don't know who leaked the site to whatever web sites and blogs, but thats what bothers me, because thats not what ytmnd is all about, in my opinion. I think ytmnd is a by us, for us kinda thing where users of this community get to view, share, laugh, and downvote each others ytmnd's without spreading them all over the net and costing max thousands. The site is yours, so to prevent further damages you should take initiative and delete the site.

Ultimately, it was Max's decision to keep the site from being deleted. As I see it, Sphonix wanted to get rid of the site long before any damages were done, but couldn't once it became locked.
