Actually no. I had the idea first well Lazytown4 did a still version of something similar and thought it really needed animation. I just happened to come across the song looking for one. I did add the death star based on the song though if that's any consolation.

Those sites are based around original ideas. Whats the idea on this one? To me, it seems like this is just two things added together. Don't get me wrong, I think you put them together quite well, it just doesn't appeal to me. In fact, the whole "safety not guaranteed' fad doesn't appeal to me that much. After all, the original site IIRC was just an image you could find on google that was posted here.
