When I see this picture, I only have one thing to say. How? How could a design like this go through so many hands without someone saying "hey wait..." These custom inflatable bouncy rooms cost ALOT of money. Talking tens, if not hundreds of thousands depending on the bells and whistles. How could a company put in so much money and not even inspect the design, let alone USE THEM after seeing that the entryway looks like a vagina and it required 2 people goatseing it open in order for the kiddies to get in?

Snickering bitch. Tax and spend war monger Hillary. 9 trillion in debt, 850 bn trade deficit, 12.25 trillion M3 and rising (inflation), 2 wars. Ron Paul can fix this. This lady wants to continue Iraq and to add 100 bn in spending on a subsidy to the insurance and health care lobbyists - like forced card insurance, now its forced health insurance.

don't accuse me of dehumanization. Hitler lead the younger generation to his thought process by his charisma, his promise of German Glory (after worldwide shame following the first world war) and an end to inflation. They followed him because they had no alternative. He had all the cards. His original supporters, yes, they were anti-semetic, after HE blamed jews for losing the first world war. However, the generation that were late teens as wwii began saw this, presented as the only belief; brainwashed.

The consumer price index, the nation's standard measure of inflation, incresed 0.1% in July, before seasonal adjustment. The index was 2.4% higher than in July of last year (source: http://www.bls.gov/news.release/cpi.nr0.htm)
Hyperinflation? I think not. If you want hyperinflation, see Zimbabwe. There's a real crisis state.

But an independent central bank is a key part of any modern capitalist government. Saying that the Fed should be wiped out is extreme, and to me, it even smacks of Mercantilism. Besides, if you're that worried about inflation, you are still free to go and buy some gold on the market, if you wish.

But over the long term, it can be influenced to control monetary policy. Without this regulation, some banks would try to lend more than the 90% of their demand deposits, further inflating the money supply. The idea behind the arguement to end the Fed, that is that inflation is damaging to the economy, I fully support. I wish the Fed would grow some bigger balls and let the economy recede every one in awhile instead of injecting liquidity every time some idiot investor scrapes his knees.

Contrary to popular belief, in a country with a strong banking system, the central bank is not the only entity that causes inflation. When banks lend out demand deposits, they also "create" money. http://www.newyorkfed.org/aboutthefed/fedpoint/fed45.html Or if you don't trust the Federal Reserve, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reserve_requirement Now, this is not the primary tool for guiding monetary policy, as playing around with the reserve requirement would get lots of bankers incredibly pissed.

We should be up in arms with the amount of taxes that we pay. Not only do we pay sales taxes, state income taxes, federal taxes, ownership taxes, death taxes, ect (the list goes on)... but even all of that isn't enough to satisfy our government. Our government ends up borrowing billions from the federal reserve which prints this stuff at will. Resulting in inflation, yet another indirect tax on us. Why do we borrow money from the fed reserve when we can print it ourselves?

This is from the 2142 expansion "Northern Strike" promotional flash games. Not only were they massively late (missing the launch of Northern Strike by several months), they were promptly hacked and the scores were massively inflated at the expense of people who actually want to play. In game this is called "stat padding" because you're deliberately padding your stats with bogus kills so you can "level up" and get the extra weapons unlocks. http://www.northernstriketraining.com/games/

Amazing, you have done an excellent job of recreating some of the classic Far Side comics, and you did it with skill. Not very many people can make GMod comics, let alone good ones. The only thing I noticed that was odd was Father Grigori's pose inside the boat, he seemed a bit small compared to the boat. The inflator STool could aleviate that problem.
Also, if you can consistently pump out work like that, might I suggest you move on to PHWonline.com
Facepunch is no place for a good comic maker like you.

No because alot of times people who vote honestly and harshly get revenge downvoted and have poorly rated sites. I contribute alot to YTMND and my sites either are pure crap, poorly rated, or both. Vote weighing based on vote spread, number of votes made, time registered, and comments left would be the best way to reward active members and stop vote inflation by bad users.

Trebar, actually, what is driving inflation is the government spending so much money, then printing more out of thin air to pay the bills. We have a fiat currency system.
