"But yeah. There is a
God. Stop denying it already, people." Remember the Greeks used to believe the stars were chariots of fire? Before we had science, when people couldn't explain things, they made them up. All God is is a myth left over from earlier times. The whole concept is useless and outdated now.

There is not enough good soil to feed just North America on fruits and vegtables alone. Not to mention that some animals would overpopulate and they also eat greenery. Thats not even factoring in all the pesticide intake we would get over the years... now you don't think the stuff would be organically grown do you?

1'd not for religion, but for logical fallacy. I just about hit the roof with the fish ---> birds deal. If you believe, you believe, and that is all. Don't make up proof for your faith when you damn well know there is none. Your arguments are just about as logical as me saying "I felt like being pissed off today, so you must have made this YTMND just especially for me!".

whoever can look at this and say "interesting" needs to look at the zero-effort approach taken to it. aphex twin will make ANYTHING seem like it should have a billion meanings. it's NONE of his work. he can sit on his *ss and f*ck around in his graphics program all day for the word consumer and arrows, but the only thing that really sets the mood is the Aphex. there is no talent here. there is a pseudo intellectual who is trying to carry his brain like a longsword and finding the blade won't leave his palm.

@sethola - Actually, it wasn't topped off with Christianity. The excerpt he put in didn't mention Christ, or the holy trinity at all. All it really said was that there is a god out there and we know it.
@hobbe - Religion isn't about how, it's about why, which is the prime reason that science and religion can exist together.
I find it a shame that so many go about thinking that things they learned in highschool disprove god, when in reality they've only improved their understanding thereof.

One of you ruined it for him, there is no way the accumulated votes by all of you would climb that fast. I love this site, but don't even act surprised and upset over it. iBgerd for the f*cking WIN.

I was at the end of my rope- my divorce had just been settled, I got fired from my job as a turkey inseminator, and I had to put my dog to sleep because he raped my neighbor. In despair, I dropped to my knees and said "If there is anything in the world that has any meaning at all, please show me."
The glorious head of Sean Connery appeared and spake unto me- "You're the man now dog!"
My life has never been the same.

The untraceable e-nitrous oxide (e-laughing gas) that you inhale every time a YTMND is opened. To every individual person, there is a certain amount of e-nitrous oxide in each YTMND that is sent, be it a lot or none at all. Do not try to find where the e-nitrous oxide comes from, be it your monitor, speakers, etc.. That's impossible. Instead, take comfort in the fact that somewhere out there is a virtual refinery of e-harmony waiting to be inhaled.

What the scientifically inclined christian believes as "god's work" would be the transition from "NOTHING existing" to "something existing." From there, science does the rest. It's not the complexity argument, it's the "Unmoved mover" or the "uncaused cause." Saying that everything happened because something else made it happen, and if you trace it back far enough, there is something that happened to start it all that had no cause.

It's always good to see all sides. I also liked how you were extremely open-minded and didn't insult anyone by this. Personally I believe there is a God and a complex system which supports a form of evolution. I have no proof of this, but this belief leads me to not waving my hand off at theories. ^^

And people who purposely shuts down sites to IE users and tell them to go download firefox instead. I mean, come on. You don't stop talking to friends for buying a diffrent brand of butter, do you?

You think that?I tend to see alot of bad sites in up and coming and alot of good sites slip off it. I don't think there is any justification behind a screenshot of "yahoo news" with a red outline saying "wtf" or something already hosted elsewhere with no effort by the user posting it other than copy and pasting it,etc, getting up there, and a would be classic being pushed off by them. Bad comments are better than no comments at all, at least it gives the poster some insight as to why their site is doing bad
