They're kicking out the seminary, a long-time breeding ground for left-leaning clergymen (The Reverend Jesse Jackson's an alum) and turning it into "The Milton Friedman Institute," an intellectual home for Chicago School free-marketeers consolidated into a single space much like Stanford's "Hoover Institute." LOL.

Until last week, I'd never seen a single episode of the original Star Trek series in my life. But now with Netflix on X-Box I've been watching the first season. It's easily the most inconsistent show I've ever seen, one episode will be an amazingly intellectual meditation on the futility of war, and the next episode will be about Kirk and a monster hitting each other over the head with rocks. Seriously, there's nothing distinctive or innovative about "her" music (scare quotes because she, like a fair chunk of the pop music industry, is entirely manufactured). The half-assed, dumpy dance schlock is just a pretense; it's a vehicle for showcasing another plastic, scantily-clad beauty with the intent of selling "her" records to a bunch of adolescents (both literal and adults emotionally/intellectually arrested at that point). Ok, as an intellectual property law student, I think the legal threat from PEZ is really weak. If they're claiming trademark infringement then it's fair use because this is a parody and not using the PEZ name to make money. If they're claiming copyright infringement, it's also fair use because it's not for profit, and is a transformative work, meaning that the image has been change suffiently to be fair use. If they're claiming something under Austrian law, first of all they don't have jurisdiction.
