The only anthromorphic animals I truly respect are the old ones. With that I mean old cartoon animals. A lot of them are actually anthromorphic, right? The newer "furries" are people pretending to be anthromorphic animals. I guess it's a normal side-effect of the internets, so I don't really hate it. Ironically, Opera for Mac, at least for me, works HORRIBLY with YTMND. The preloader freezes up and sounds play once and don't loop. A shame, as it's faster than all hell... when it works. Maybe I've got it configured wrong.

These are the kind of YTMND's that stopped me from visiting everyday. I know the site is about expression, but at the end of the day, I just want a laugh. I want to click on a few funny sites and go on with my day. When I want philosophical debate, I'll read a book. In addition to that - these sites don't convert anyone. On both sides. i don't know why you ps3 fans are upset. who cares if nintendo gets more market share.... they are expanding the market. the wii isn't even competing with the ps3 so don't worry. nintendo's president said the wii is not a next-gen system. if anything, it is competing with the ps2. the ps3 will still attract hardcore gamers. as for me.. i'm getting a wii because i like to play video games casualy, and i have a fast PC for powerful graphics. stop worrying. sony won't go out of business.

I play WoW a lot. I play Vanguard a lot. Its not like I consider people who don't play as much as me losers or nerds because they play one certain game. I consider people that hate on certain games (games with 8 million subscribers worldwide, even) to be the ones that are losers. By the way, Vanguard isn't going to be the WoW Killer, sorry guys, but the marketing for WoW was way better for a release than Vanguards will be. I was introduced to that conversation, and it sounded like something utterly beneath me. It was the chittering of large-headed beasts, all droning on about their various adventures in their pastime of pissing into the wind. "Yes, but what does it all MEAN?" I don't know, and why should I care?! I'd gather more from just asking the f*cking artist what he or she thought, felt, or meant in real and obvious terms and indisputable language. People ask me what my favorite team is all the time. Honestly, I don't watch football and really don't give a crap who signs with who. But when I give my answer, it's always the Vikings. I mean sh*t, it's the closest team to me. There are the Broncos fans and the Packers fans, but for some reason I picked the Vikings. The only NFL jersey (replica) that I've ever owned is a #84 Randy Moss from K-Mart. I got a lot of sh*t for wearing it when the Vikes beat the Packs in the 2004 play-offs, after Moss did that "pretending to moon the Packers fans" thing.

for me, i use photoshop to make any frame edits, do importing etc, and use animation shop from jasc to handle editing the animation. Still, you can control the sync pretty easily by setting the frame delays, which have to be done in increments of .01 seconds. If you're using audacity, you can get pretty damn precise with the audio placement, so just line up the two. The only three commands you'll really need to make use of are copy, paste, and generate silence. Make sure the audio file is as long as the gif when you're done. Also don't use the in-program preview options, they don't play at the right speed 9 times out of 10, export and upload to your ytmnd preview instead. (nothing like making some orphaned asset ids)

So basically, your defense is that in order for something to be racist, it has to be negative and/or hateful and/or ridiculing. Can't racism just result from plain ignorance? I do see what you mean about there being a difference between racism and racial stereotyping, but that doesn't change much for me. I thought your site about Asian baseball players was a fantastic demonstration of this. It played on a seemingly American stereotyping of Asians in such a way that the stereotyping perspective was the joke rather than Asians. In this site, I don't really see that.<br /><br />I think a better argument would be that you were contrasting the elements of the well-spoken, intellectual girl from Bill Nye with the crude stereotyping from long ago. Perhaps you could convince us that this was somehow satirical, that it actually had a point. Otherwise, it's just an out-of-the-way punchline that can only be funny because of just how out of the way it is.
