I like the new features, but I must agree with the folks who want their top 5 back. At least make it an obvious option from inside the "browse" section.

anyone else notice that since the layout change, the lowest site on upandcoming has never had below a 4.0, and usually seems to sit around 4.1? i'm not implying there's a corelation, i just wanted to take a roundabout route to calling you all stupid.

now my last suggestion before i get off this evil soul sucking contraption: the voted blue stars are a sh*tty contrast to the grey ones. if you want to bake them blue, that's cool, but consider the same blue used for the links. it helps me keep track of my observational empire :P

I think having the option to switch views (much like GameFAQs...only it's GLITCHED) would be a fantastic idea. This way, everyone gets what they want. Also, where are the shirts? I want some for christmas!

it would be kinda nice if we could choose which layout to have, like a setting per account. also its kinda nice that since the new layout came out, alot of pople are leaving, it doesnt sound good, but we are getting rid of alot of *ssh*l*es no one wants on the site and the rest of the people who spend most of their day here are staying pretty much no matter what. you just need to fix a few things, thats all. good luck with that. also i would like to preorder a shirt now.

spent there. All the Top Rated YTMNDs I have already seen, and most of the newly created YTMNDs are junk (as usual), so having the pages of Up and Coming is really nice. Anyway, a lot of people only complain about the bad things, but I just want to send out a thank you to Max and all the good users for making such a sweet site! Thanks!

I fourth what nutnics said. (I actually like the looks of the layout, but it's like you downgraded the site with its arrival. No one said to change the Worthwhile criteria. That can't-vote-on-NSFW-sites bug is also getting to me, 'cause there are some I like and want to reward. I'm glad to see Top 5 Rated out, though.)

That said, I haven't killed any front pages that I know of, unless it was by coincidence in the batch I was assigned at the time and it broke the rules. If someone wants to take their whining to the next level and really feels something was unfairly judged, PM me with the address...

...but max, I want to see the better sites stick around for longer, could you bring back the Top Voted on, and other schemes that were part of the previous version (including the Top Viewed like last time). I could bitch forever, or I could start making ytmnd's again, and I really want to participate again. Wow. Just wow. This new feature is the best thing to ever happen to YTMND. The ability to customize YTMND's appearance and make it look however you want...now everyone can be happy, because everyone can have what they want! Great job, max! You win the prize! Also, I'm fine with orange, it suits YTMND because of the color of the logo and stars, but if you want to take this customization thing one step further, allow people to choose the color scheme of YTMND.
