The "Not Found" message implies that there is a YTMND server giving you that message. (In 1996 it would probably have said 404 Not Found anyway.) What you'd actually get is a DNS error.

Legacy errors. Windows is full of them.
Microsoft had (thus far) 2 chances to ditch the legacy and failed. 95 & NT. Each a rewrite (losely) based on preveous incarnations of Windows. They need a white paper rewrite.
