The call itself isn't as funny as the telemarketing one; it's just a person being annoying, not the true horror of the telemarketing lady. Secondly, the DJ is enough of a jerk to make the woman more sympathetic. The best thing about the telemarketing lady is that her rage is COMPLETELY unprovoked.
