there is nothing inevitable here, although max cannot delete the site fairly because it is gaining its views legally, the author of "How to Prank a Telemarketer" could just delete the site. its his site and he can do whatever he wants with it. if we were to all kindly PM Shponix and ask him to kill the monster he has created, maybe he will do it. it would be in his best interest to do so before he becomes the most hated user onYTMND.
