Max! Greatest idea ever! To prevent blind upvoting/downvoting, DON'T LET PEOPLE VOTE ON USERS' PROFILE PAGES! It won't stop downvoting/upvoting, but it'll slow it down to a degree that would make it a real hassle. Just make it so the rating shows, but you can't vote. I have no doubts that this is how user santabot downvoted 4,000 sites in one day. =/ Anyway, think about it.
