Oh yes, I remember that. This is inside the Deku Tree. And after you beat the brothers in the proper order, you fight Gohma, the large arachnid. You defeat her by shooting her in the eye with the recently acquired slingshot, then hitting her with your sword. After, you go to talk to Princess Zelda. But, since her guards won't let you into the castle, you have to sneak in. When you talk to her, she gives you her signature. Then, you must go to Death Mountain.
