He's got the brains (servers & programming skills) but he needs talent to create popular content.<br /><br />The words "cash for votes" scrolls on the screen below a row of stars, representing votes, which expresses popularity and page views. <br /><br />This fades into a huge wall of ads representing the potential for ad revenue (lots of opportunities) among some previously popular sites (also, can you find waldo?).<br /><br />This fades into money raining form above, clearly representing success and profit for everyone involved.<br /><br />If you make great sites that generate revenue, he will share with with you, because we need each other. The purpose of this proposal is to encourage more people to make more, highly viewable, highly viewed sites, and therefore, more money from advertisers for those increased hits/clicks.<br /><br />Without this partnership, people won't continue taking the time and effort to make good sites, leading to further decline, as we have seen in the last 7 years.<br /><br />I meant to include some bitcoins and a paypal logo - maybe that would have helped to clarify.
