I actually like the aesthetic of the white halo. It kind of emphasizes the copy/paste nature of this whole thing and, in a way, takes on a style of its own. Did you ever get those coloring books as a kid that had, like, a column of stickers in the middle that you would then stick onto various matching pictures throughout the book? wow that gap was supposed to be a lot bigger. <br /><br />Another idea for white noise is that background "space travel" noise they always had during interior ship scenes like in 10-Forward. Presumably just the noise of the ship. It was a really low slow rumbling kind of noise. Probably would put me out like a light.

The new layout looks good. It would be nice to have a button that changed the white background to a black one. I think it appeals to the eye more than a bright white one, especially if you keep your gamma up for gaming. Other than that, good job.
