Very obscure indeed! For those not in the know, it's a pic of Mike Patton (former singer for Faith No More). The song is taken from his band Fantomas' record AMENZA DEL MUNZO, it's not for everyone but it's worth at least one listen.

I learned a valuable ytmnd lesson today: Creating a ytmnd that requires familiarity with a 1973 Elton John song to get the joke... Not really a good idea.
