Many YTMNDers know who the "Gay Pimp" Jonny McGovern is. What you may not know is that Jonny has had a podcast since January 2006 called "Gay Pimpin' With Jonny McGovern." In addition to Jonny, it has had a cast of other entertaining characters such as lesbian comedian Julie Goldman, actress Brandy Howard, computer expert Martin Beauchamp ("Straighty/Straight Boy Martin"), and drag queen Linda James. One of the most enduring characters is drag queen ErickaToure Aviance, of the legendary House of Aviance. Often mentioned on the show has been her numerous sexual encounters, particularly with "straight" men, and her softer, gentler side, represented by her going "behind the waterfall," a place where all her favorite beautiful things such as unicorns are. The song "Behind the Waterfall" is based on her going "behind the waterfall" to escape the stresses of normal, everyday life, both in and out of drag. In response to NunicaMusicChannel posting the original version of "I Feel For You" by Rufus and Chaka Khan, I've decided to post a very cool cover of the song by freestyle singer Stephanie Marano. This song was released in 1995 on her album [i]Symphony of Love[/i], but I didn't know about it until a few years later when a friend introduced it to me. It's become my favorite version of the song. Again, please enjoy it, and buy it on iTunes if you really like it. By the way, for you LazyTown/Stephanie fad fans, her brother Adam remixed the LazyTown intro theme in 2006.
