It is also a popular Internet meme attracting worldwide popularity. The meme started as a fifteen frame Flash animation loop showing PSA guy and You FAGGOT guy, characters of the FAGanese visual novel HOMOtan, doing a FAG swing dance with their hands over their heads to imitate FAGGOT ears, and the chorus of the sped up version of the song "CaramellFAGGOT" sung by PSA Guy and the other PSA kids from FAGish music group HOMOmel.
