She has heavy mascara and dark red lips. Chita's hair is red-ish brown in pigtails with dark blue scrunchies. She has lime-colored earrings and a army green hat. Chita is Phil's best friend. Even though in the first episode, you assume Chita is more than Phil's best friend, through out the rest of the episode, (and series), Phil helps Jack hook up with Chita. Jack is Chita's "friend with benefits". They are not a canon couple, and have never mention that they were dating, but it is implied on many occasions that Chita and Jack have sex often. Chita loves the Halo franchise. Chita believes that by reading Us Weekly, watching the Daily Show, and studying The Secret, she can build a time machine and be a comedic version of a modern day Nostradamus. (A 14th century pharmacist) Chita Custorera is one of the five main characters in the show, appearing in most if not all episodes in the series. She was voiced by Rhia Abarquez.

He was an American politician who served as the 40th governor of Louisiana from 1928 to 1932 and as a United States senator from 1932 until his assassination in 1935. He was a left-wing populist member of the Democratic Party and rose to national prominence during the Great Depression for his vocal criticism of President Franklin D. Roosevelt and his New Deal, which Long deemed insufficiently radical. As the political leader of Louisiana, he commanded wide networks of supporters and often took forceful action. A controversial figure, Long is celebrated as a populist champion of the poor or, conversely, denounced as a fascist demagogue. Long was born in the impoverished north of Louisiana in 1893. After Emma's secret was revealed, Scott lost his trust in her but didn't allow Jean to attack her. After Emma sacrificed her life to save everyone, Scott seemingly forgave her.

I just realized that Chad Warden and Dr-L337 actually have a lot of similarities: they're both fake identities/personas created by trolls in order to be obnoxious and piss people off, partially by bragging about how great they supposedly are compared to their audiences. At first, people took them seriously, and most responses/parodies of them were derisive, calling them gay and such and saying that their claims were false, but nowadays everyone is in on the joke and the parodies made now go with the spirit of the original trolling intent, supporting them and saying their claims are all true.
