Sherri Martel was one of the greatest women’s wrestlers of all time, she excelled in a managerial role as well. After “Macho Man” Randy Savage split with Miss Elizabeth during the long-running program with Hulk Hogan that led to their main-event match at WrestleMania 5, “Sensational” Sherri stepped in to help create one of the greatest partnerships of the Golden Era. Savage and Sherri were both excellent heels and worked beautifully together. When the pair split after two years at WrestleMania 7, Sensational Sherri hooked up with “The Million Dollar Man” Ted Dibiase for a brief time before partnering up with a young Shawn Michaels in 1992 as The Heartbreak Kid was just beginning his singles career after splitting with Marty Jannetty. Sherri sang the original version of HBK’s famous entrance theme, “Sexy Boy,” and Michaels has long credited her with helping his career. Sherri Martel left WWE in 1993 and soon after signed with ECW, where she managed Shane Douglas. She joined WCW in 1994 and worked alongside Ric Flair for a short time before becoming the manager for Harlem Heat. Under the name “Sister” Sherri, Martel led Booker T and Stevie Ray to seven tag team title reigns before leaving the company. After making appearances in various independent promotions in the early 2000s, Sherri returned to WWE in 2005 as part of the storyline involving Shawn Michaels and Kurt Angle leading into their epic match at WrestleMania 21. The following year, she was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame by Ted Dibiase. Her final TV appearance in the wrestling industry came in 2006 in TNA when she offered her managerial services to a young Bobby Roode.

The published book was adapted by Koichi Ohata into a five-part original video animation (OVA) series in 1994. The plot of the anime differs significantly from the manga. Both are notable for their extreme graphic violence. The OVA was produced by Bandai Visual and released in North America by U.S. Manga Corps. Genocyber was also released by Manga Entertainment's UK and Australian Divisions in The Cyberpunk Collection but only episodes 1-3 were released in these regions; this collection also included two other cyberpunk OVAs, Cyber City Oedo 808 and A.D. Yona, with her newfound, burning resolve to live and to protect those dear to her, traveled throughout the kingdom to find the legendary Dragon Warriors, who helped her find a new purpose and meaning in friendship. Along the way, Yona undertook training in archery and swordsmanship with Hak. Throughout her journey, Yona started to realize that her father was not a king widely loved by his people due to his apparent cowardice and desire to maintain peace and avoid conflict at all costs, even if it would mean weakening Kouka Kingdom. She began to understand that Soo-Won had usurped the throne to fix King Il's mistakes and to turn Kouka into a powerful nation. However, she too decided to protect her father's people in his stead and to make amends in some way in her position as princess. Along the way, she changed from a sweet but naive girl, to a fearless and toughened warrior, while still maintaining grace, compassion and integrity.

Nagisa Shiota is the main protagonist and narrator of Assassination Classroom. He is a student in Korosensei's Class 3-E at Kunugigaoka Junior High School who has a natural talent for assassination despite his overall passive nature. The project was created by Diablo Cody and Heather Regnier, and stars Dove Cameron and Yana Perrault. It is a live-action adaptation of the original animated series, The Powerpuff Girls that aired on Cartoon Network from 1998 to 2005. On May 24, 2021, it was announced that the pilot was going to be re-developed. As of May 11, 2022, the project was still said to be in development, However two months later it was announced that Craig McCracken is developing an newer version of the show for Cartoon Network Finally on May 18, 2023 the project was announced as dead.
